These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mumbai Explorer regarding your use of our mobile application and related services.
By creating an account or using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account.

The App may include virtual currency or items ("Virtual Goods"). These items have no "real world" value and cannot be redeemed for cash or other tangible property.
All purchases of Virtual Goods are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or app store policies.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Mumbai Explorer and its licensors.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and install a copy of the App on your mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the App or request data deletion.
In no event shall Mumbai Explorer, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your data.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
