How long does the deletion process take?
Once confirmed, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You will receive a final email notification once the process is complete.
Can I recover my data after deletion?
No. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Please make sure you want to proceed before submitting your request.
Will my in-app purchases be refunded?
Data deletion does not trigger automatic refunds. For refund requests, please contact the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) directly.
Can I create a new account after deletion?
Yes, you are welcome to create a new account after your data has been deleted. However, your previous progress, purchases, and stats will not be restored.
